Loads of variety in meat packs, really good portion and superb smoked flavours. So convenient to pick up a pack and heat in the oven at home.

The hot smoked salmon is succulent and the flavour is great. Had it in a creamy pasta dish 😊

Bought whole side of cold smoked salmon for big Wedding Anniversary Party - was not disappointed. Beautiful salmon and so well cut and presented. We are SUPER fussy about salmon and this is right up there with the best. Because the quality is so good - you don't eat loads and it goes a long way.

I received my bacon yesterday and it has a lovely smoked flavour ( some “smoked “ bacon you wonder did they just wave bacon over smoke ) and a very good texture. Roderick Boggs.Belfast.

The Smoked Ham went down a treat in our house, bothof us are partial to a nice bit of "proper" ham and also quite liked smoked products, so, this was the best of both worlds. A really nice "smoke" meant a very tasty smoked ham, one of the best we have tasted. Highly reccomended.

Having eaten Brisket for many years (60+) tasting smoked brisket was a pleasant surprise, a truly unique taste exprience. Highly reccomended.

The cold smoked salmon was some of the best I have tasted!
The only problem is I may never bother smoking my own again!

This was for an event with a number of people and the flexibility of having this available for when we required was fantastic, it was really tasty and a great dinner for all.

This was so easy to heat up at home. Very generous portion sizes, we had leftovers.

All of the cuts were delicious, the brisket is so succulent and smoky.

Highly recommend this platter. It won’t disappoint.
